Does Gastritis And Anxiety Cause Heart Palpitations And Skipped Heartbeat?
I have gastritis, severe anxiety and depression, sometimes I feel shortness of breath, chest shooting pain, left hand pain, heart palpitations in the lower/buttom of my neck which are more like skipped beats. I have these palpitations everyday. Most of the time its two skipped beats and I have to take a deep breath for them to go away

You shouldn't worry about your skipped bits. From your description it is likely you have heart premetual beats. The small amount of these beats is concidered to be quite normal and there is no issue to concern.
Actually all your complaints come from your anxiety. So try not to worry much about all that stuff, they will pass away by the time with your anxiety.
