Does Getting Tired And Nausea After Unprotected Sex Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi there,Im a 23 yr old female. I had unprotected intercourse on the day before my ovulation. Ive been tired, on and off again nausous, cramping and pressure in lower abdomen and just feeling sick. My period was 2 days late, was a medium flow the first day and after very light to just spotting. Not my normal period. All together it lasted 5 days.
Could i be pregnant? Should i take a test?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.No, it does not look like a pregnancy, since you had bleed 2days later.
2.Howver you are saying its not usual - one can think of early missed pregnancy which causing as bleed.
3.For confirmation get an urine pregnancy test done - if positive an ultrasound may be needed.
4.The symptoms you have mentioned are seen in pregnancy also, but they are not confirmatory.
5.Hope it helps you.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
