Does Greenish Black Line On Sore Tongue Signify Oral Cancer?
Over the last few days I have developed greenish black lines on my tongue w/ soreness underneath the tongue . I am a snuff dipper (up to 2 cans a day) , but I m also a paraplegic w/ serious constipation issues, which I understand can be a cause of a greenish tongue. Is this likely to be oral cancer?

oral cancer usually manifests as a nodule or ulcer. An ulcer that doesn't heal with antibiotics with induration beneath warrants further studies like biopsy. Just a discoloration without induration or ulceration can be safely ignored. But make sure all bad habits are left in order not to have any risk in future.
