Does Hair Fall, Loss Of Weight And Low BP Concern Thyroid?

Hi Doctors,
I recently moved to Abu Dhabi, and when was visiting the doctor for general check-up, a blood sample was taken for general tests, and as I lost nearly 10kg last 2 month (probably, due to change of my life style (more sport, healthier food)) TSH test was ordered, the result came today with 0.035! Another sample has been taken today for T3 & T4.
Would you please advise here... I became cold intollerant & losing hair noticebly since last year.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have history of weight loss and hair problem.

Your TSH is low. So these all things suggest that you have hyperthyroidism.

Wait for T3 and T4 result.

Then start treatment of hyperthyroidism accordingly.

Drugs like propylthiouracil or methimazole are useful. But these are prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you very good health.
