Does Having PCOD Affect The Menstrual Cycle Or Infertility?

I have been advised dronis 20 for my pcod problem. I m 23 years old, unmarried. I have been having periods regularly but with excruciating stomach pain and cramps. Further, i had acne and hairloss. Later, recently we found out i have pcod wherein each ovary has more than 10 cysts. I m kinda concerned about d pills I m taking in. I have been advised to have it for three months commencing from 5th day of my periods. I have normal weight and I m a regular gymmer. Is there anything else i need to do for my pcod to away? Also I m a bit concerned that the tablets might affect my menstrual cycle or fertility. Should i be worried? Please advise. Thank u!!!
