Does Having Burning Sensation In Heart After Eating Food And Blood In Stool Are Signs Of Ulcer?

hello..its been 1 year that when i ate food my heart burns.Earlier i feel this is because of much spicey food.But now I feel i have some problem in my food pipe.I cant eat my food without drinking water. And someday before I have seen blood in my stool. So please tell me m i suffering from ulcer?

Thanks for writing to HCM.

You seem to be having an mild esophageal stricture due to gastric ulcer...get an upper gi endoscopy done at the earliest...to diagnose the same...bleeding can be from an gastric ulcer...
