Does Heartburn After Protected Sex Indicate Pregnancy?

doctor,i live in india and im 16 years old.on nov 25th i got my periods and the same day i had protected sex with my boyfriend.he ejaculated semen into my mouth at the end.its already jan 4th 2014 today and i still didnt get my periods.i have a heartburn feeling and im really scared.as im 16,i cant go to a doctor.please help me know if im pregnant.

i may understand ur concern.but as u had sex on the 1st day of menses then there r very less chances of pregnancy.but if u have missed ur period then u should check it by doing a home pregnancy test and if it is negative then no need to worry. then consult to ur gynaecologist for withdrawl bleeding.if test is positive then also consult to doc ,that will be better for ur health.
