Doctors found 1.5 cm enhancing isointense T1 hyperintense T2 focus in the left temporal calvarium immediately cephalad to the left mastoid. This said it may reflect incidental left temporal calvarial hemangioma. Could this cause me to over heat very easily?

Hi Thanks for asking Based on your query and findings my opinion is 1. Your presenting complaint of getting heated up is not related to the hemangioma. 2. Hemangioma is proliferation of capillaries/ veins and are known to cause hemorrhage if ruptured. 3. They do not produce any cytokines ( chemical substances). 4. A sensation of heat or warmness is generally caused by cytokines and or vascular dilatation but not by hemangiomas. Hope this helps
