Does Hereditary Spherocytosis Cause Chronic Exhaustion?

I have Hereditary Spherocytosis, and I had both my gallbladder and spleen removed at age 9. I am now 40 (I am a female) and I have chronic issues with exhaustion. I would love to excercise and do all of the things that are good for me (I eat a pretty healthy diet) but with the constant exhaustion (to the point that I feel ill most of the time), the thought of doing normal activities is overwhelming, not to mention more strenuous activity. All of my blood work panels seem to come back normal when I visit my family physician. I wonder if this is a common issue with in some people with H.S. My dad had this disorder, and he too seemed to need an inordinate amount of rest.

Hi thanks for asking question.
Spherocytosis is hemolytic anemia.
Your question is regarding exhaustion relation to it.
Becoz of hemolysis your HB level might remain below normal range , so that exhaustion along with weakness can be issue.
besides that there is no other mechanism related to direct exhaustion in spherocytosis.
I hope i have solve your query.
