Hi welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have read your question and here is my advice. You are right high BP can cause dizziness , however it is not the only cause. There are a lot of causes of it. These includes low BP, low fluid in the body like excessive sweatings , it can also be caused by a bad food or maldigestions. However it can be caused by some serious causes as well related to heart or brain. So i would advise you should check you BP , if thats high it can be a cause, or even low can be a cause. Other wise you should see your doctor to assess you in details to rule out serious causes ( its not serious most of the times)
Hopes i have answered your question. I would be glad to answer any thing else you want to know in this regards. Kind Regards Dr Rahamn
