Does High Blood Sugar Cause Penis Ulcers?

does high blood sugar cause penis ulcers?? I have what I think are Penis Ulcers. They are not open sores but look like Reite's syyndrome pics I have seen. My doc seems to think that my blood sugar is doing it. I have been diagnose and am taking meds for diabetes type 2. I was also diagnose with Leichen Planus years ago....could this be it. What can I put on my penis to stop the irritation I get when my penis rubs against my shorts or when I masterbate. Thanks

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
i am very sorry about your condition.
In my opinion genital ulcers are seen in most of uncontrolled diabetes.
this condition is called as Balanoposthitis.
This is a treatable condition mostly cause by yeast.
The condition you mentioned Reiters syndrome is a combination of urethritis ,conjunctivitis and arthritis.
i suggest you to control your diabetes to treat this kind of genital ulcers.
kindly stop mastubating untill the sore heals
keep the are clean and wash with mild soap
