Does High Bp With Tiredness Suggest Heart Attack?

I always feel tired and sleepy all the time... The bp is high in the morning and normal in the evening.. I always have experienced hearing my heart beat while resting.. Is that normal? I am a 47 year old female.. Not overweight and I do smoke.. My mom has a history of heart disease and major heart problems

Thanks for contacting HCM. Dear patient you have many risk factors for heart disease like uncontrolled BP, smoking, family history. High uncontrolled BP itself puts load on heart and can cause tiredness. Fatigue is one the symptoms of heart disease. you need to get your BP checked and take medicines and other measures to bring it under control, get an E.C.G. done, get a TMT test done along with an Echocardiography. Thus causes other than Bp can be identified and treated. Regards
