Does High Dosage Of Levothyroxine Cause Dizziness And Fatigue?

I have been advised to take Levothroxin which I did for 4 weeks. Doc had blood drawn suggested i up the dose from 25mcg. It was suggested I take two pills until I go to pharmist. I immediately had dizzy spells, fatique so it seems a mistake to go higher. I am taking this to lower Thyroid numbers. Can you suggest other things preferably natural. Thanks
