Does Hitting Of Head Of 22-month-old Baby On Floor Result In Subdural Hematoma?

Hi - My 22-month-old daughter fell off a bench head-first onto a concrete floor covered by a thin carpet. This happened Wednesday (almost 48 hours ago). I was not there, and the babysitter didn t see it happen exactly, though she told me she believes the baby fell on the top of her head, above/behind the forehead. The babysitter said she heard it first. The baby cried instantly for less than a minute, has no bump, no bruising, and has acted normally since. No excessive sleepiness, no fluid, but still no bruising or bump. She is yawning a bit more than usual, but that is it. I m concerned a) because I didn t witness it, so I m not sure the extent of the injury, b) because hearing it makes me think there was a crack or smack, and - relatedly - c) because there is no bruise or bump. She has had small similar injuries before and always bruises quickly and easily. Should I be worried? I am nervous about a subdural hematoma.
