transvaginal US confirmed that my right ovart contains an ill-defined hypoechoic 1,2x1,4x1.2 cm lesion with mild predominantly peripheral vascularity. most likely representing an involuting hemorragic cyst left ovary normal uterus - endometrium is not thickened,its 8 mm no abnormal amounts of free fluid or adnexal masses do i need to worry that i have ovarian cancer?
So you should consult gynecologist for proper examination ....
For ovarian cyst clinical observation is necessary.... For one month you might given medication in form of contraceptive pill for ovarian cyst ..... If no improvement with medication then surgical removal of cyst done and send for histopathological examination....
Most of cyst are follicular cyst like simple cyst ....If not resolving then CA 125 estimation can be done for rule out malignancy along with histopath examination.
With keeping this in mind consult gynecologist .
