Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Dear Sir, Iam 33 years old, last one year iam in india, my job is project related, because of this my digestion is effected, I discuss with doctor he suggest me IGOL Powder, now iam taking this powder on daily basis, now condition is ok, but my question is improper digestion may effect liver ?
Your liver is perfectly safe..and such indigestions don't say anything to your liver.... But, having indigestion that is project related points out to the fact that you are stressed out, aren't exercising properly and supposedly don't have a proper dietary routine....such things will harm your over all well being. Try to have meals at fixed times...at least two hours before going to bed at night. Take some time out to exercise everyday. About 30 minutes. This could be a brisk walk. watch your weight, it might be adding yo your indigestion, in case your over weight. Cut down on caffeine, fizzy drinks. Hope these simple lifestyle changes will help settle your indigestion.
