Does Increased Phenytoin Level After Seizure Have Effect On Sexual Life?
Dear Doctor, I am 90kgs, 6.2" tall male of 32 years. Six months before I had an episode of seizure, not lasting more than 2 minutes. I was hospitalized and given treatment. My doctor has asked me to continue with Eptoin300 ER every night. My phenytoin level a week after seizure was 0.31mg/l. After 3 months of medication, it increased to 3.4mg/l. I had a blood test done yesterday that shows 3.8mg/l of phenytoin. What are the possible consequences of these 6 months of medication? Will it have any effect on married life, if I were to get married in another 6 months?

but sexual or genital related side effect are less marked
there are no any harmful consequances occur in sex mnth
and no effect on ur married life
