Does Intake Of Ecosprin 75 Cause Side Effects?

Good morning Doctor..!

I am 29 Years old Male, and take ecosprin 75 AV as my TMT test was slightly abnormal. I have taken two Capsules of the tablet yesterday as I had a feeling of discomfort around my chest and some pain in my left Bisep...is it an overdose and should I see a doctor..?

Two tablets of the tab ecosprine 75 mg means 150 mg of total dose is neither harmful nor it will cause any side effects but the symptom of left bicep pain is not the correct indiaction for taking the tab. The pain you percived was not likly heart related. Infact you have some sort of unnessesary fear in your mind which is to be ruled out.
My opinion is that you should go for one more opinion regarding your stress test results and accordingly plan your medications.
only left bicep pain does not indiate pain of heart origine unless it is accompanied by other supportive symptoms such as sweating, breathlessness etc.
The syptoms narrated by you are most likly psychological rather than being physical.
