m 21nd i had sex before 2 weeks ago without precuation & i take unwantd 72 pill after 9hours of sex also but now m tensed & my periods are between 26 to 30aug so cn i do pregnency test now is right aur worng & its worng so when can do test nd after taking pill periods date will be extend if yes then how much days wil period extend pls tel m
Hello dear Understand your concern. Yes period will be delayed by the unwanted 72 as it contain high progesterone that disrupt the normal cycle. Period may be delayed by the 7-10 days but in some case more than that. So I advice you to go for pregnancy test after 12-14 days. And better to go for Blood HCG as it is more accurate. Sometime pregnancy may be occcur due to some failure rate of the pill. So if pregnancy will be positive then it should be terminated by abortion pill after getting expert opinion form the gynecologist. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
