As you rightly mentioned, low iron and vitamin deficiencies can affect hair growth and cause it to fall. If your health is poor then your hair growth will also be affected.
Other causes to consider are hormonal(
thyroid etc), any lifestyle or residence change,
stress, any history of recent illness like
typhoid, any chemical procedures,straightening , etc.
These causes need to be considered and treated as they affect hair growth.
For now continue the Iron regularly and also add a
biotin 10mg supplement daily at least for 2-3 months.Apply a hair growth serum at night like Recute.
It takes time to see results
Use a mild shampoo 2-3 times a week.
Do
consult a dermatologist as well, to assess your improvement and further treatment.
Avoid any chemical procedures, ironing, straightening etc.
It is also important to eat a healthy diet and get adequate rest, avoid stress.
