Does Itchiness And Smell In Vagina Indicates Sign Of Yeast Infection?

Hi , I am sixteen and I think I have a yeast infection . When I was 11 or 12 in sixth or seventh grade my vagina started itching very badly and I would scratch so hard it would start to bleed it lasted for about a month and it would come and go throughout the years but even when the itching would go away the discharge and smell would not. I haven't had the same itching and burning for about two years until I tried to treat the discharge and smell with summers eve ph balancing cleansing wash. It worked at first and then after the third day of using it my vagina got very itchy so I stopped using it. But I'm now afraid I have a yeast infection. I don't know what to do , my vagina looks deformed everything is wrinkled and very ugly. I don't know if this is from my constant infections or if its normal. I have never had sex , I am very insecure about the way my vagina looks and smells. I am to embarrassed to mention this to my mom to even see a doctor . Please help me ! Im in eleventh grade now , I just want to be normal .
