hi im 16 and sexually active, recently ive put a tampon and worn a pad( maxi) to make sure there was no leakage. my period isn t abnormally heavy I just like the comfort of having a pad on. I noticed that my vagina would be a little swollen after the day but the swelling would go down after a few hours( like a finger in a Band-Aid too long) on the 3rd day of my period taking my tampon in and out seemed to be causing much friction and my labia and vaginal hole was swollen and tender. I started getting a yellow discharge and began to itch. I looked for bumps and found a fingerlike swollen bump poking out the next day the bump was gone and two days later no yellow discharge but ive started getting hard red bumps by my urethra that itch a little they are pink just like my vagina with a red base but no liquid in them and move when I touch them. could these be herpes ?
