Does Lack Of Calcium Cause Knee Pain?

i fell on my knee and that didn t like hurt alot. but i couldn t walk properly for a few days. this happened one year back and i didn t pay serious attention to it. the bruise faded in a few days and i kinda feel a little pain now. and i feel a little imbalance sometimes. i think i have not enough calcium in my body but i ve started drinking milk. any advice?

Hi,

Your knee is the most important joint as it bears the most of the weight, any injury should not be taken lightly if it doesn't let you walk. Not necessarily bone injury but there could be ligament injury as well which if untreated can linger on for years. Get your knee checked along with vitamin D and calcium levels to get to the root of the problem.
