Does Light Bleeding During Pregnancy A Sign Of Abortion?

Hi, I am 9 weeks pregnant, on Monday I had an ultrasound, and my doctor said heart beat is slow.She advised to come tommorrow again for a ultrasound.Today in the afternoon I went to toilet, and found on a paper little bit of blood, dark, but not even a drop.it was very small amount.I panicked, that I lost my baby, because Im already stressed whole week because of that slow rate of heart beat.Im 35 years old, and thats my 2nd pregnancy.

hi healthcare magic user, it could be sign of abortion as you are having spotting.
Additional factor is slow heart beat is pointing towards abortion.
please get an ultrasound done to check for heartbeat.
please also get investigated to know cause of abortion if their is no heart beat.
check for BP, sugars, Thyroid level.
