Hello I am 7 days away from my period and for the past two days I've had this light tannish light pink discharge, it's not a lot at all. Once I wipe it it's gone until the next day. Well this morning it was more watery than yesterday. It has no smell, and I have no pain. Maybe a little small cramp but not really. I ovulated on the 1st and I had sex everyday for a week two days before that. And I had sex the day after that. I track my period so I know I won't have my period until 7 days, what do you think it could be? Could I be pregnant?
With history of unprotected sexual intercourses daily from two days before the ovulation till a week after that does carry the strong possibility of conception. However, you cannot diagnose the pregnancy clinically about a week before the expected period. The pinkish discharge you are observing could be an indication of impending menstruation.
In fact the first cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missed period. So as I have already mention, you cannot suspect the pregnancy with any symptoms so early.
However, if you are keen on knowing about your pregnancy status so early, you may get Beta hCG test done on your blood 10 days after the last unprotected sexual intercourse. Values more than 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy while in non-pregnant state, the values remain under 5 mIU/ml.
Home pregnancy test on urine gives reliable results only 21 days after the last unprotected intercourse (or from the day of conception).
I hope this helps you.
