Does Lotrel Cause Chest Pain Like Side Effects?

I take lotrel 10-40 and when I take it after a couple of minutes my diaphragm begins to tingle and sometimes burning feeling it s kind off scary it doesn t seem to be chest pain and sometimes I feel the same ache in my arms if I lay down it goes away awhile

detailed answer...Lotrel can cause nausea,upper stomach pain,itching,usual weakness or tiredness,body aches,chest pain.But not all side effects of lotrel may be reported.
My opinion would be discuss further with your physicain and alert about the side effects of the medicine,you may need change of the group of medicine.
