Does Low Blood Sugar Levels Cause Body Tremors And Nausea?

I work with a lady who is 65 years old, not overweight and healthy. She takes medication for hypertension and is borderline diabetic. She eats a nutritional breakfast around 9 am at head start. Every morning around 10:30 she feels shaky and kind of nauseated and flushed. Could these symptoms be caused by low blood sugar? This has been going on almost every day since school started - about a month. What do you think?

Hello,
Yes, it is possible that she is having low blood sugars. It would be good for her to check her sugars at this time to be sure. If she is on medications for the diabetes, they may need to be adjusted.
Regards
