Does Lower Abdominal Pain After Having Intercourse Indicate Endometriosis?

I have been experiencing lower abdominal pain after intercourse do so I looked it up on the Internet and it suggested that I may have endometriosis. I then looked up the symptoms of that and I do have extremely painful cramps before, during, and after my period, I do have excessive bleeding during my period, and I do get cramps during bowel movements. Can you please tell me your opinion on this?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Endometriosis can be suspected in such case. Usually a pain while deep penetration while sexual intercourse is characteristic. Painful periods also can be a symptom of this. In such case a pelvic examination with gynecologist should be done followed by an ultrasound to rule out that. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
