Does Lupride Injections Increase TSH Levels?

Is there any relation between Lupride injection and TSH levels being increased?
I am 35yrs old, 5.7ft ht, 81Kgs wt. I have PCO, cornual block in 1 tube and had 3-4 failed attempts of IUI.
I would undergo ivf next month, n so doc put me on Lupride injection in preparation for the next cycle.
When I did the test of TSH, my results were out of range with 11.31. I take thyroxin 25mg daily. Earlier when I had done this test in January this yr, it was normal.

So, wanted to know if the Lupride injection had some effect on my TSH and also will it be a problem if I have elevated TSH levels during IVF???

Dear user .
I read carefully your questations and understoud quite well your concern.
I need to know? And for that i have some questation too you:
Can you tell me please :You check your blood test for thyroid hormonal level for the first time ?
When you did your firts injection and when you check TSH level please?
For how many long you were treat for hypothyroid?
My answer is Yes the Luprolide can increase TSH level in begining these treatment
I am explaing you as follow:.
Luprolie acetate is a synthetic gonadotropin-releasing hormone
Dosage of Luprolide is depends on the condition being treated, and the patient's age and sex.
You may know that like :Side effect : are :
•     Hot flashes (flushing),
•     increased sweating,
•     night sweats, tiredness, headache, upset stomach, breast changes, acne, joint/muscle aches, trouble sleeping,
•     , vaginal discomfort/dryness, abnormal vaginal bleeding (in girls), swelling of the ankles/feet, dizziness, or mild burning/pain/bruising at the injection site may occur.

Its my duty to say that :during the first few weeks of treatment, your hormone levels will actually increase before they decrease.
This is a normal response by your body to this drug.
Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects.
This may result in a temporary worsening of your symptoms for a few weeks.
My advised is to counsoult with endocrinologiest with your last Thyroid hormon level –TSH –Ft3-Ft4-T3 –
Counsoult with your doctor for medical advice in thyroid gland before IVF .Iam sure that your doctor before IVF ist going to ask all hormonal level as in protocol for that.
Hope that i answered your questation , for futher informations dont hesitaet to contact me
Kind Regards
