Does Mastubating Play Any Role On Growth Of Height?

hi i am 16 years old and my height is 5' 7 i am masturbating since past 2 years ,for atleast 4 times a week ,and i feel my growth of height has stopped ,how to overcome these effects to get my height back and does masturbation play role in affecting the height

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Actually mastrubation may not stop the height growth. but for growth one should have motivation, and if your motivation is towards the mastrubation, you may have arrest of growth.
In some people the the growth may be active, in some years, in some people it may be around 12, 14, 16, or after that but before 18.
If growth is active,at 16 you may not grow after that.
If you want to grow still, i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon. If the growth point is still active, he will prescribe the drugs.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injection of anabolic steroid, calcium, vitamin D,and protein supplements.
