Masturbation as such has got no direct effects on an increase in height. But too frequent indulgence will cause rise in testosterone levels leading to an early bone epiphyseal fusion which stops further bone growth.

Masturbation is normal in teenage & may continue in adult life also. This does not have any ill effects on your general or future sexual health; Masturbation will NOT affect your height at all.
