hellow i am 26 years old ,i have started my masterbeating at the age 15 at the starting age i will be masterbeating 3 times in a day after it has redused now i am 1 times per day it will affect my marriage life till now i am bacheoler i decide to marry after 2 years ,i am smoker also

Masturbation doesnt affect marital life. It is normal self stimulation of own genitals. Harmlesa and no side effects except mild back ache when done 3 to4 times in a day. So dont worry. Hope my suggestions helpful and thankful to you. Take care. Don't forget to give ratings.
