Masturbation is healthy, enjoyable and completely normal. Like anything good, it should be enjoyed in moderation, of course, but to deny yourself this completely normal aspect of life could actually do more harm than good.
Medically speaking, it is now thought that masturbation can lead to better sexual health. It allows you to explore your body and its urges, it released tension and promotes a healthy attitude to sex.
Excess masturbation is not good and MASTURBATION ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK IS ACCEPTABLE, but many people masturbate more frequently and still remain healthy.
Masturbation will never affect your married life, many people masturbate even after marriage and it is common. If your partner is not comfortable with this then you have to talk to her about this.
TIPS TO QUIT MASTURBATION
-Pamper your hobbies by spending more time in doing what you like. Indulge in outdoor activities, adventure sports and other similar activities that can help you keep your mind off from masturbating.
-Avoid watching porn movies, sex magazines or any other form of sexual material.
-Try to have a busy and tiring schedule so that by the end of the day you can fall asleep early.
