Does Masturbation Affect Or Kill Brain Cells?

Hi, there are lots of myths about this topic, irrational ones mostly, but here is one myth I couldn't find any answer even on this site.
Does masturbation affect, or even kill brain cells? Someone on a German website stated that sperm is produce in different places during a man's life. According to him in one of these phases they are produced in, or of brain cells. Could you please tell me whether or not this is true and where sperms are produced?

First of all there is myth in a mind of common man that excessive masturbation is the reason of all sexual problems or various problems related to general health But I would like to state that it has been discussed in scientific forums all over the world and proved scientifically that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any organ or system in the body.

Sperm are produced in Testicles by a process called spermatogenesis .At no stage these are produced in brain .What ever you have read is not true at all.
