Hi, 'm 21 years old and height 180cm weight 62. I masturbate daily and some time it leads to 3-4 times a day. I feel very bad about it. And 'm very much passionate towards armed force i want to join indian Army. But i do masturbate daily, and if i get select will it effect in my medical checking exam??

masturbation in an excessive manner makes you weak as it drains the calcuim and protein content of your body.. protein is the building block of ur body.. so masturbation makes you lean and affect metabolism of your muscles..
