Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi Sir i m a 24 years old Male. I Used to mastrubate everyday (1-2 time). I have read several posts about over mastrubation , which says that it leads to Hair loss. I Also lost thousands of my Hairs and they get thinner n thinner. please put some light.
Masturbation is a normal physiological process. Once a person becomes sexually mature, semen production starts which is a continous process. A person, thereafter either has sex, or masturbates or he has nightfalls (wet dreams). Masturbation does not lead to any kind of health problem- physical or psychological. It certainly doesn't cause any hair loss or thinning of hair.
Hair loss can be due to multiple causes like dandruff, etc. I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist for the same and start treatment if necessary.
Hope this information was helpful. Best wishes.
