Does Masturbation Cause Severe Back Pain?

Have been mastubating for more than 7 years that s it has affected my spinal cord. I just don t know how to stop it? I used sex my self on bed that s got me gat heavy damage cord. Now when I sleep and I just see that s I release before I wake and this is killing my back...Am just to young for all this mess.i want to stop and get my spinal cord back.

Hi,

Masturbation may not cause back pain unless you are doing masturbation in the abnormal position of the back.

So don't worry the back pain may be due to back muscle spasm or lumbar spondylosis. So keep rest, use pain killer medication like Aceclofenac or Diclofenac may useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
