Does Masturbation Cause Weak Memory And Low Concentration Problems?

I masturbate around 2 times a day. I have a very weak memory when it comes to remembering things I learn in studies and my concentration is also very low. Can these symptoms be due to masturbation ?
Whatsoever is the case, please suggest me some solution for improving memory and concentration.

Hi...masturbation has no side effects whatsoever... concentrate on your studies not on the fantasies... eat healthy... eat almonds...
