Does Masturbation Delay Periods?
I am 21 yrs old, just started masturbating.Does masturbation delay periods? as my date was 14th of this month and its been almost a week late, wanted to know wether its related in any way? since my periods are on time always.

there is no direct relation for masturbation for your periods to be late, Over-masturbation internally or externally may causes urinary incontinence. Since the female urethra is very short, external masturbation on the clitoris can irritate the first inch of the urethral nerves.
you are feeling your period late it may be hormonal imbalance,,
if it continue please consult your doctor for hormonal therapy

masturbation has no side effects on body, so it will also not effect on your periods, it is all myth that masturbation has bad effects on body, it can but not more than general weakness, that too if done daily more than 2-3 times a day.
