I have masterbuting from 2 years continuesly and I feel that iam becoming fat and problem in my kidney and week memory and pain in my body joints ( I wanted to now tat do dis is because of masterbuting. ...?) note: this prblm has started frm 2 years so plz tell me whats the solution for my prblm

hello user , i understand your concern but "NO" mastrurbation does not cause any of the above mentioned problems - as it is quite a normal act that nearly all men practice at some time in their life - regarding the other problems such as weight gain , join pains , memory issues , you have not elaborated what kidney problems - you should first visit a physician who will review your eating habits , activity level and may order some investigations like thyroid function,cortisol level, inflammatory markers , usg abdomen etc and manage accordingly. hope i answered your query- if satisfied please rate the answer- any followup queries are welcome
