For
weight loss you need to exercise and follow a good
diet plan.
Both exercise and diet control go hand in hand.
For initial weight loos,
aerobic exercises are needed.Muscle strength will be improved after some weight is lost.
Fatty foods should be avoided.
Increase the intake of
proteins, fibre and fluid in your diet.
In breakfast take porridge, in lunch take cereals (carbohydrates and proteins), and in dinner take plenty of salads and soups.
Skin full meal in dinner.
In between meals take small meals in the form of fruits, salads and soups.
