Does Masturbation Lead To Sexual Inadequacy?

Hai sir ,am 22 years old am addicted to masturbation from 5 years .Recently,i got severe pains in testis and lower abdomen ,even unable to walk properly on the day of pain occurs.need solution for am frightend that masturbation might leads to unfit for sex.please give me suggestions to stop masturbation and free from pain.

1st be clear and remove all myth ab masturbation
masturbation is normal physiological function of our body just like eating drinking etc
it depends on body's need
so it is safe and normal

masturbation and sex both are same
difference only that sex has a partner while masturbation done under imagination
so how it affect ur sex????
relax
pain in testis might be due to some other reasons like infection trauma etc etc
go for USG to find out real cause and treat it early as possible

y u want to stop masturbation?
will u stop sex ever after marriage?
so both are same
just investigate for cause of pain
