Does Masturbation Make A Person Thin?

Hi sir, I am 19 years old. I have some queries about masturbation . This confusion is again &again distracting me from studies. I want to know whether masturbation makes a person thin? How much masturbation is normal ? Also I want to know if masturbation makes a person thin, then how does some female pornstars are so healthy and fit, even though they do sex daily.I have no intention of doing these bad jobs but I want to do some respectable job in my life.Does drinking alcohol or beer makes a person fat? My weight is only 50kgs and my height is 5.8 fts. I really want to become something in my life , sir please answers my questions. Regards Thanks Sir

In my opinon Excessive masturbation is very bad for health.
Masturbation is a natural habit with Male teenagers. Female masturbation is called Fingering.
First of all you should know that your private part is not made of metal and shall not be used roughly, whenever you want and in whatever manner you want. Continuous masturbation in men will certainly leads to unwanted curvature of penis (it depends on which hand and how much rough u r on your penis). Some times, men may fracture their penis due to wrong techniques too, which becomes a major problem. Later they may face loss of quality sperms in seminal fluid which leads to infertility, due to excess masturbation. Hence, it is better to put an end to masturbation and control this habit for your future happiness.
(In women, their clitoris is the pleasure giving part and highly sensitive one. It looses its sensitivity due to rough use of their fingers on clitoris. Later they may not get normal pleasure or orgasm in intercourse).
Excessive masturbation is the main reason for Pre-Ejaculation/ erection problem.
During teenage, masturbation can be done once a week after that it should not be done more than 2-3 times a week till marriage. The vitality and vigor lost due to excessive masturbation cannot be regained back by medicines or food etc.
-Pamper your hobbies by spending more time in doing what you like. Indulge in outdoor activities, adventure sports and other similar activities that can help you keep your mind off from masturbating.
-Avoid watching *p-o-r-n movies, sex magazines or any other form of sexual material.
-Try to have a busy and tiring schedule so that by the end of the day you can fall asleep early
