Hello sir, Good afternoon, First congretulation for that good news from your side... Now coming to your question that clear tablet is harmful or not... Sir generally no drugs are safe during pregnancy perticularly first trimester wher organogenesis is going on... After fist trimester we can use some drugs with caution in minimum dose when highly I dication for it is there... In fisrt trimester all drugs are contraindiated as they cause some teratogenic effect to fetus...but each n every drug has different teratogenic potential...like some have high so absolutely contraindiated some has low that we can use in low dose when highly suggested... Now coming to clear tablet that your wife took only 4 table one per day after that your wife was going to know that she was pregnant n she never take medicine again...so don t worry that drug will not cause any harm to your baby as it has low to modarate potential n your wife never take after taht...
