I struggle with OCD behaviours on a fairly constant basis. I am in peri menopause and so therefore my periods are off and on. I wonder if hormones can play a part in making the OCD symptoms worse. I seem to perseverate over the smallest things even more so than other times when I am PMSIng. I seem to have less control over thoughts and behaviours during these times. Is this possible?
