Does Minor Chest Pain Behind The Left Breast Indicate Heart Problems?
What could be causing minor check pain behind my left breast, every time I eat food? I have hypertension and I ve also suffered a TBI two years ago. In the past I ve also had IBS. Could heart problems be starting to emerge? I m 68; and a history of heart disease runs on both sides of my family.

pain behind left breast after eating is not indication of heart disease.
measure BP regular 1-2 month interval.
avoid to take fried food, butter, oily substance.
do morning walking which is beneficial for you.
yoga is also helpful
if severe pain you can take analgesic like aceclofenac.
