Does Mintop Help To Control Hair Fall?

myself prasant. age 29, height-5.6, weight-61, i am looses hair from head since 2 years. getting blad now. uses mintop forte 5 2 months now. still no results now. can i use mintop 10 or tugain, which is fruitful. and any medicine to take orally. prasant

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain hairfall in men leading to baldness can occur most commonly due to Male Pattern Baldness that occurs due to genetics and androgenic hormones that causes damage to the hair follicles leading to hairfall..
Other causes of hair fall that comes under Telogen effluvium can be fungal infection, stress, long term illness, side effect of medication, nutritional deficiency etc..
You should consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and he can advise you investigations like trichogram, dermoscopy, blood tests etc..
You can be advised to use increased concentration of Minoxidil from 5% to 10%..
You can also be advised to take biotin and multivitamin supplements..
You can also be advised to massage the scalp with warm coconut oil..
You can be given oral Finesteride if there is pattern baldness as it suppresses androgenic hormones and reduce hairfall..
