Does Missing Active Pill Doses Lead To Pregnancy?

hi i wanted to know if its possible to get pregnant if i missed Monday, today, and wednesday active pills. and then i should start my sugar pills on thursday. i had sex 5 days ago.but took the pill on Thursday, friday , saturday and sunday.but because i lost pills. its for my third week for birth control pack but the last three days i can t do.my appointment isn t until friday. so i ve been abstaining since.

Thanks for posting your query. Without doubt, missing birth control pills ( active) can lead to a pregnancy. If you are using condoms in addition/avoiding sex altogether until next periods- it shouldn't be a problem. For birth control pills, taking them correctly is key.
