It s just been 2 and half years old ,you can use it upto 3 yrs. So just confirm the expiry date otherwise no need to worry about pregnancy. Implanon has known and common side effect of change in bleeding pattern so I am doubtful why you need treatment for irregular menses when culprit can be implanon . S there any other reason that has been told to you. Again I want to mention about minipill or any contraceptive pill , you can t stop in between before completing it s one cycle unless side effect is intolerable.
