Hi Dr I am sangeetha from india....I got done IUI two weeks back Dr had prescibed Prognova for 6 days a day before iui ....i have taken this tablets for more 6 days.....that was my mistake......Please tell me is it going to affect ....Need ur advice Dr

Hello,

Progynova contains estradiol which is a form of female hormone estrogen which is produced by the ovaries. As you have taken progynova for 2-3 more days, it is hardly going to have any major effects.

I don't think there is any need for worry. You can just keep a watch on any irregular bleeding p/v which is very unlikely.
